Frédéric GUERIN, born on 01/23/1976, is the son of Jean-Paul GUERIN, who created SEDEPA in 1987. He's very familiar with the story of the company, which is a part of his life . He launched the international development, opening an office in Shanghaï. Frédéric is always SEDEPA’s shareholder, in charge of operational area.

Christian JANSON, born on 09/27/1956, worked around 25 years with car part manufacturers (Philips, VDO, SiemensVDO and Continental Automotive) before buying SEDEPA from Jean-Paul Guérin. Christian is now the main shareholder and is in charge of the company's development.
